ingredients:
-almonds
-egg white
-strawberry jam
-food coloring
about two months ago, i randomly went to Hannah's house since i haven't seen her for almost a month at that time. while we did some catching up, she served me some cupcakes they made with her younger brother, chef RJ. out of the blue, she suggested to her brother that we should make some french macarons while i was still there. RJ willingly agreed since it will also be his first time making french maca! (seems like being adventurous runs in the blood!)
since i suck at typing all the steps, i hope you'll understand the photos i took during the process. we basically just did some beating, mixing and baking. goodluck!
